Building what comes next.

The Future Company LLC develops ambitious infrastructure, environmental, and biotechnology concepts — then finds the partners who can bring them to life.

Our Mission

Ideas too big for a service call

The Mobile Company handles what a property, a fleet, or a city needs today. The Future Company exists for what they'll need next — the crossings, the climate systems, the technologies that take decades to build but have to be imagined now.

01

Concept development

We take a large-scale idea from a sketch to a documented, defensible proposal — scope, constraints, and the case for why it matters.

02

Feasibility & research

We map the engineering, environmental, and regulatory questions a project has to answer before anyone commits capital to it.

03

Partnership & delivery

We connect projects with the agencies, engineers, and investors who can actually build them — and stay involved through delivery.

Current Projects

Five things we're working on

Infrastructure and climate concepts at very different stages — from corridor planning through to open research. Each is looking for the right partner.

Project 01

NJ Route 129 Skywalk

An elevated pedestrian and multimodal skywalk along the Route 129 corridor in Mercer County. The concept lifts foot and bicycle traffic safely above one of the region's busiest and most hazardous stretches of roadway — connecting neighborhoods and transit, protecting pedestrians, and easing congestion on the road below.

Project 02

Cape May–Lewes Bridge-Tunnel

A proposed fixed crossing across the Delaware Bay linking Cape May, New Jersey, and Lewes, Delaware. This bridge-tunnel hybrid would carry vehicles, rail, and utility lines while providing a weather-independent alternative to the Cape May–Lewes Ferry — opening a new economic corridor between the Jersey Shore and the Delmarva Peninsula.

Project 03

Water Dispersion System

A rapid-deployment water dispersion system engineered to knock down airborne dust and harmful particles during natural or man-made disasters — wildfires, dust storms, volcanic events, demolition, and industrial incidents. Scalable misting arrays, fixed and vehicle-mounted, designed to protect air quality and the communities that breathe it.

Climate & Terrain Terraforming

An open research ambition: combining mRNA technology, plant genome sequencing, and controlled nuclear reactivity to terraform harsh climates and terrain around the world. The goal is to establish self-sustaining vegetation in deserts, permafrost, and degraded landscapes — adapting environments to planetary needs rather than waiting for them to adapt on their own.

Project 05

The sequence: passengers wait behind the barrier → the train arrives → doors open → passengers board and alight → doors close → the train departs.

Suicide Prevention at Train Platforms

A barrier of guard rail and tempered glass along the platform edge, fitted with doors that open only after a train has come to a complete stop and close again before it departs for its next stop. The purpose is singular: make it impossible to reach the track area from the platform.

  • Doors synchronized to the train — they open on arrival and close before departure
  • Tempered glass keeps the platform open, visible, and well lit
  • Also prevents accidental falls, dropped objects, and trespass onto the right-of-way
  • Reduces service disruption caused by track incursions
